How can I track my order?
You will receive all the tracking information for your order by email.
We will notify you when your order is ready, when it is shipped and when it is delivered.
If there is any issue with the address, we will also contact you by email so you can update it.
What is the exchange and return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt , you can exchange or return your purchase.
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted when the item is in perfect condition, with the tag and in its original packaging.

You'll need to add your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
Do you replenish sold-out products?
All products that appear on the website as SOLD OUT will be replenished in the coming days.
Those who are no longer on the web will not return.
How do I find out when a product is back in stock?
Click on the " Notify me when available " button and you will receive an email when we restock the product. You will be the first to know when it is back in stock before we announce it on our social networks.

Can any data be cancelled or modified?
At SACH, we begin preparing your order as soon as it's confirmed so it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Therefore, it is not always possible to make changes or cancellations once the purchase has been completed .
If you need to change any details, you can email us immediately at info@sachatelier.com with your order information.
We'll be happy to help, although we can't guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
*We are not responsible for shipments that leave our facilities with errors in the shipping address or for any delays once the order has left our facilities.
Are there sizes?
We do not have sizes. All our products can be adjusted to all sizes.
The chokers, necklaces and belts have an extendable chain and the bracelets and rings are moldable so you can adapt them to your size.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days . Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that delivery times are approximate.
Peninsula and Portugal; 24/48 h
Europe : Express 2/3 days, Standard 5-7 days.
International shipping : 5/10 business days
