Their customer service could not have been better! I reached out after my package seemingly got lost in transit and UPS was not helpful. Andrea replied very quickly and found out that my package did get lost, and they sent me a replacement without me having to ask! I have ordered from Sach Atelier before and their products are wonderful, and it makes me love the brand even more that their customer service is so good!
