MARKETING & COMMUNITY MANAGER

Location: Office in Valdemarín, Aravaca (in person)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We're a small team with big ambitions, and we're looking for someone who wants to add their creativity, strategic vision, and energy to the day-to-day work of our office in Valdemarín, Aravaca. If you're passionate about digital marketing, communications, and brands with soul, this position is for you.

What will you do with us?

You'll design and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring messages that authentically connect with our community.

You'll create and optimize automated email marketing flows (newsletters, welcome series, abandoned carts, etc.) to boost conversion and loyalty.

You will manage our LinkedIn account , with strategic content that conveys the essence and vision of SACH.

You'll be responsible for coordinating collaborations with influencers, stylists, and brands, creating synergies that expand our universe and elevate the brand.

You will manage the secondary Instagram account @sach_community , generating inspiring and relevant content for our community.

You will propose and execute creative strategies and marketing campaigns , both digital and experiential, to maintain a strong connection with our customers.

You will analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities for improvement and continuous optimization.

You will collaborate with the rest of the team, contributing fresh, innovative, and actionable ideas.

Strategies for paid campaigns in Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Google Ads, focused on conversion, acquisition, and brand awareness.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience in digital marketing , email marketing, and social media management.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Klaviyo or similar, or willingness to learn).

Creativity, combined with an analytical mindset and focus on results.

Previous experience managing collaborations with influencers or brands is a plus.

A person who is approachable, decisive, and eager to contribute to the team's positive atmosphere.

Ability to communicate fluently in English. Other languages are a plus.
