CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Location : Office in Valdemarin, Aravaca (in person)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

and its good vibes to the daily routine of our office in Valdemarin, Aravaca. If you like working in a close environment, with

What will you do with us?

  • You will serve our clients in a friendly, professional, empathetic, and decisive manner.
  • Our goal is for every customer to have an exceptional experience and want to shop with us again.
  • You will manage exchanges, returns, and incidents with quick and effective solutions.
  • You'll work alongside the fulfillment center team to ensure every customer receives a 10/10 experience.
  • You'll learn all about our products and processes to provide clear and accurate information.
  • You will analyze customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and loyalty.
  •  You will respond to reviews and messages to strengthen the brand's reputation.
  • You will collaborate with physical stores to resolve customer concerns.
  •  You will manage and strengthen relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring good order tracking and
  • fluid communication.
  • You will research and propose new strategic selling points to expand the brand.
  • You will contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes: your opinion matters to us.
  • I ntegrate artificial intelligence into our communication channels and customer service tools, to offer
  • a more agile, personalized and efficient experience.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Driver's license (preferably, but not required).
  • Advanced English (minimum C1). Other languages are a plus.
  • A person who is approachable, decisive, and eager to contribute to the team's positive atmosphere.
  • That you share the values of our company and brand.
  • That you enjoy helping others and have clear and natural communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential: what matters most to us is your attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and customer service CRM (or willingness to learn).
