The necklace is truly beautiful and very elegant. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the clasp when I first tried it on, but I want to highlight how helpful and kind the customer service was throughout the whole process.

They were very understanding, responsive, and supportive in finding a solution, which made a big difference. Even with the initial issue, I’m overall very happy with my experience and really appreciate the care and professionalism of the team.

I would definitely recommend this brand for both their designs and their customer service.
